These Terms of Service govern your use of etdomains.tech and the concierge registration services we provide. We've kept them as plain-spoken as we could.
Who we are
etdomains.tech (“we,” “us”) is a concierge registrar for .et domains, operated from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
We help you register, renew, and transfer .et domains. Our registrations are handled manually by our team in coordination with the official .et registry.
- Registration is contingent on registry approval
- Most registrations complete within 24 hours of payment
- Restricted second-level domains may require additional documentation
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and Ethio Telecom portal credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payment, refunds, and renewals
Domains are billed once at the time of registration. If we are unable to register your domain, we will refund the full amount. Renewals are managed directly through the Ethio Telecom portal using the credentials we provide.
Acceptable use
You may not use our service to register domains for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or to infringe on the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate registrations that violate these rules or registry policies.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
